Kegleston has been the name of my model railroads since I first started naming them.

It started at age 8 with my first Tyco model train and the Kalmbach book “The HO Railroad that Grows”. This was my first 4 x 8 sheet of plywood layout. From there, kit building, passenger cars, steam locomotives and other model railroad hobby items made birthdays and Christmas’s great days to look forward to. The latest version of “Kegleston” is a switching layout made from sections of a larger layout that got torn down. Everything I could save was recycled and kept for later.
